Both the Yakima HoldUp Bike Rack for 2 Bikes - 2" Hitches - Wheel Mount # Y02443 and the Yakima HoldUp EVO Bike Rack for 2 Bikes - 2" Hitches - Wheel Mount # Y02479 have a few slight differences. The Holdup allows for up to 60lbs per bike while the EVO can hold up to 50lbs per bike. The Holdup can hold tires up to 3" wide while the EVO holds tires up to 4-13/16" wide. The EVO has a handy speed knob which provides tool-free installation and tightens the rack inside your hitch to reduce movement and noise, whereas the Holdup just has the older anti-rattle pin setup. Both racks have integrated locks to deter theft of your bikes and bike rack. I attached demonstration videos for you.
