The elbow fitting is a common place for leaks with air suspension kits such as the Air Lift LoadLifter 5000 Air Helper Springs - Rear Axle # AL57338 that you have. The most common culprit is an air line that is not cut completely flat and clean. I attached a section of the instructions that provide a few simple steps for diagnosing and fixing the leak.
When cutting the line you want to use Air Lift Air Hose Cutter # AL10530 or a similar device which will ensure you have a clean cut. If you need to remove the fitting itself, I recommend using Loctite Thread Sealant 545 # LT37482 for a tight seal. You may need to put the truck up on a lift remove some of the system in order to accurately check the tightness of the fitting. I attached a couple demonstration videos for you.
