The Malone Profile18S Rooftop Cargo Box - 18 Cubic ft - Gray # MPG910 may fit onto the factory crossbars on your 2013 Dodge Durango, but you will need to take some measurements to verify. This cargo box fits crossbars that are between 1"-3" wide and between 3/4"-1-3/8" tall. The crossbar spread must be between 24"-36"; crossbar spread is the distance between the crossbars measuring from the center of each bar (see photo). Lastly, you will want to make sure you have at least 21" of clearance between the rearmost crossbar and the line where the roof and trunk meet (see photo). If all these requirements match your crossbars then you will be all set to install the Malone Profile 18S rooftop cargo box on your Durango.

If your factory crossbars can not accommodate the cargo box then you will need an aftermarket crossbar setup. If you have flush rails running front to back, which it sounds like you do, then you will need to go with SeaSucker Monkey Bars Roof Rack - Vacuum Cup Mount - 48" Long - Black # 298-SX6000B. This uses 6 vacuum cups to secure the system to your roof. It has a weight capacity of 150lbs and will work well with the Malone cargo box.

If your roof is actually naked and does not have flush roof rails running front to back, then you can go with the Rhino-Rack ROC25 Roof Rack # RR35SR. This mounts clamps onto the door jam and provides a nice roof rack that can safely hold the Malone cargo box. The weight capacity is 165lbs and it features a top T-slot track for channel-mounted accessories. I attached demonstration videos for you to check out.
