Pin box model info can be listed in a few different places. For example the Trailair pin boxes like the part # LC155943 that you referenced is listed on the side of the box. Other boxes might have the info on top of the box or underneath. In some cases the sticker may have fallen off. Which we have a help article that I linked that details how to measure a pin box to determine what model it is.
If you needed a replacement Trailair shock we have the part # LC177223 which underneath the sticker is an arrow etched into the inner portion that shows where to level to with air pressure if the sticker is missing.
