Is Install of Trailair Cushioned Pin Box a DIY Job and What is Bolt Torque

Question:
what is the actual wgt of this hitch without the shipping pallets etc.? is it something that can be a DIY install? is there a torque for the bolts when re-installed. thanks

I checked with Trailair/Lippert and they state that the Trailair pin box part # LC158778 weighs 185 and can be done as a DIY project but you'd need either one really strong friend or two reasonably strong friends to hold the pin box while you bolt into in place. Or if you had access to someone who is forklift certified who could lift it into place while you bolt it in. That's how we do it here.
Pin box bolt torque is based on the size of the bolts.
1/2 inch Bolts GR5 90 ft-lbs
5/8 inch Bolts GR5 150 ft-lbs
3/4 inch Bolts GR5 275 ft-lbs
