Question:
Thank you for the reply and page. My only question now is what if my leaf springs are already mounted on top of my axles? My trailer already has the leafs on top of the axles. Thanks

It is definitely not recommended to drill a hole in your pin box to add another set of rows. The height of your pin box and hitch will be adjustable to an extent and then you will need to adjust the axles for further leveling.
My recommendation is to use an over-under conversion kit like the Dexter # K71-385-00 for 3 inch diameter axles or # K71-384-00 for 2-3/8 inch diameter axles. These conversion kits will raise your trailer at the axles by the diameter of the axle plus the height of the leaf spring stack. This will not change your leaf spring compatibility but rather will simply change how they are mounted. No further parts are required for this. This will put the leaf springs on top of the axles instead of underneath.
If you have Dexter Torsion axles, then get the numbers off it so we can confirm what axles you have and there are lift kits available to assist as they don't utilize leaf springs. For instance the Torflex Lift Kit # K71-707-01 is for #10 Dexter torsion axles.
Once you lift the back of your trailer, you may need to adjust the pin box or hitch from their current settings for level towing.
