I am looking for a weight distribution system for my 2020 Frontier hooking up to my Magic Tilt boat trailer. The truck is squatting too much while towing. The problem I have is my tongue is long and the support bars on most systems will not work because the do not reach the A-frame. My boat weighs around 3 and 4k pounds.

For your Magic Tilt Boat Trailer you will need a Blue Ox Pole Tongue Weight Distributing Hitch Adapter # BXW4023. This will bolt around the Pole frame with a width of 2-3/4" to 4-1/2" and height of 3" to 6". It will then allow you to use a weight distribution hitch that utilizes over frame brackets.
I recommend the Blue Ox SwayPro Weight Distribution w/ Sway Control # BXW0556. This system will allow you to back up your boat trailer without removal and will not interfere with the surge breaks. It is height adjustable for your 2020 Nissan Frontier to ensure that you tow flat and safe. With the addition of sway control built into this hitch you will be safer driving down the roads as well. This particular system is rated for a tongue weight when loaded of 350-550lbs and maximum towed weight of 6,000lbs. If your boat and trailer are outside of these specifications please let me know and I will find a system that is better suited for your combination.
