Will Part #HM43534 work with my truck /trailer with surge brakes ? If not ,what connection will I need ? 2015 Nissan Frontier

It sure will!
The # HM43534 is a replacement for the factory provided 7-way. If your truck is a US market vehicle that didn't come with the factory 7-way, you'll need to use # 118266 which includes the necessary relays to activate the tow package. If you have a Canadian market truck, use # 118281
Assuming your trailer has an electric lockout on the surge coupler that prevents the brakes from actuating when the truck is placed in reverse, any of the options mentioned above would work for you.
