Question:
I have a 2005 f350 crew cab lariat dually 4x4. I have the airlift 5000 airbags installed with the on board air compressor. I need to put a goose neck hith on the truck but dont know what will fit with the airbags. I like the BandW hitch the best. Can this be installed with the air bags?

I have a replacement option for you, but the Air Lift Load Lifter 5000 air helper springs you have installed on your 2005 Ford F-350 Crew Cab Lariat DRW 4WD are not compatible with the any of the current gooseneck hitches available for your truck including the B&W Turnoverball Underbed Gooseneck Trailer Hitch w/ Custom Installation Kit - 30,000 lbs # BWGNRK1108.
I recommend going ahead and getting the # BWGNRK1108 as it is hands down the best gooseneck hitch available for your truck due to its strength, and the fact that it can also be used to mount a 5th wheel hitch, the B&W Companion 5th Wheel Trailer Hitch - Dual Jaw - 20,000 lbs # BWRVK3500-5W, if needed in the future.
For any gooseneck hitch you will need to replace your current helper springs. I recommend going with the Firestone Ride-Rite Air Helper Springs - Double Convoluted - Rear Axle # F2400 which was designed to fit trucks with an in-bed hitch like the # BWGNRK1108. You will be able to reuse your current on-board air compressor with this kit.
I included videos of the products mentioned for you to take a look at.
