Availability of Jack Mounts for Trailer and Jack Side with Pin

Im looking for a swivel jack mount, but Im not going to use it for a jack I just need sort of a base plate that swivels and locks at 90 degree intervals. I see a lot of the plate that that goes on the trailer, but not the corresponding part that would go on the jack. Do you sell both halves so I can make my custom swivel base plate?

You could use the 2-1/2 inch male mount part # BD005024 with the 2-1/2 inch female mount part # BD015279 and then for a pin part # BD500231.
