Question:

I want to Replace the Shackles and bolts on my Tandem axle RV with HD Shackles and wet bolts. I know I have Dexter 7k Axles but Im not sure of the Leaf spring and equalizer system. It May be the EZ Flex equalizer system. Can I use this item to replace my shackles and bolts? Item # 018-026-05

It is possible that the Replacement Shackle Link with Bolts for Dexter Trailer Suspension Kits # 018-026-05 but to confirm this you will need to remove one of your current shackle straps and measure the distance from center to center of the holes.

The # 018-026-05 has holes 2-1/4" apart on center as shown in the included diagram, so as long as this matches your current shackles this would be a great, heavy duty replacement option. You will also need replacement nuts # 006-092-01.

If you find your shackles are a different length just let me know and I would be happy to recommend the correct replacements.
