I would be happy to recommend the correct wheels for your boat trailer with 175/80D13 tires.
There are two different bolt patterns commonly used with 13" boat trailer wheels being 5 on 4-1/2", and 4 on 4", but I recommend measuring the bolt pattern using the included help article to confirm you bolt pattern before placing your order for the wheels.
If your trailer uses the 5 on 4-1/2" bolt pattern I recommend the Steel Spoke Trailer Wheel - 13" x 4-1/2" Rim - 5 on 4-1/2 - Galvanized Finish # AM20234, or the # AM20224 if you have the 4 on 4" bolt pattern.
These wheels have a galvanized finish that makes them perfect for a boat trailer in the water, and will work perfectly with your 175/80D13 tires.
The correct lug nuts will be dependent on the thread size of your hubs, the most common size is the 1/2" x 20 which the Chrome Trailer Wheel Lug Nut # 12CLN uses.
If you find you have a different stud size just let me know.
I included videos for the products mentioned for you to take a look at.
