Looking for a J bolt assembly with cone used for securing spare tire to trailer.

I have another option for you, but we do not offer a J bolt spare tire carrier for a trailer at this time.
Instead I recommend taking a look at the CE Smith Spare Tire Carrier - Locking - Steel - 4-Lug and 5-Lug Wheels - 8-3/4" # CE27202 which fits trailer frames up to 3" wide, and secures most 8" - 15" 4 and 5 lug wheels. This kit includes a lock to keep your tire secure.
