What hitch and accessories would we need for a 2018 Toyota Highlander Hybrid 4 Wheel Drive Platinum?

I'd be happy to help with that.

For a hitch, the # C13200 Curt Class III hitch you'd looked at would work great, but if you'd prefer a hitch that isn't so visible with the crossbar tucked up behind the bumper so the receiver tube and safety chain loops are the only visible portion of the hitch, I'd recommend the Curt # C13394 instead. Either hitch would be compatible with your Hybrid model. I've provided a side by side photo showing what each hitch looks like once it's installed.

You'll also need a trailer wiring harness like # 118449 for a 4 pole trailer connector or # 22119 for a 7-way connector. If the trailer has brakes, you'll also need a brake controller like the Tekonsha P3, part # 90195.
You'll also need a # C45010 ball mount and for a trailer ball use # 19260 for a 1-7/8 or # 63845 for a 2 inch.
