Question:

2019 Jeep Grand Cherokee. Install videos for the base plate show drilling out 4 plastic rivets, but not what to do when re-assembling. Do you sell those plastic rivets? Also, I like the Demco DM9519291base plate. Seems the simplest to install. Please confirm compatibility with tow bar RM-676, wiring RM-15267 or your recommendations, and your recommendation for removable brake controller i.e. Brake Buddy. Thanks In Advance

When installing the Demco base plate kit part # DM9519291 on your 2019 Jeep Grand Cherokee you do need to drill out the rivets like you mentioned but it comes with 4 new rivets to use when you reinstall everything.

This also works with the Roadmaster Nighthawk tow bar part # RM-676 directly so it would be a great solution as this is one of the nicest tow bars out there. This comes with safety cables and the Roadmaster lighting kit part # RM-15267 would be a really great option as well.

For a removable braking system the Blue Ox Patriot part # BLU37TR would be an excellent choice that I would recommend the highest based on ease of install and performance.
