We don't have a way of knowing for sure the exact brakes that are on your coach, but the Axle Tek drums lead me to believe that the brakes are likely the same. For that reason you could use the Replacement Shoe and Lining Kit for Manual Adjusting 10" Electric Brake Assembly - 3,500 lbs # AKBRKR-S-10, which are compatible with brake assemblies from most manufacturers, including AxleTek, Dexter, Lippert (LCI), IAC, and AL-KO. These are 10" x 2.25" shoes, so they'll be the correct size.
If you wanted to replace the whole assembly, you could use the # AKEBRK-35-SA, which are self adjusting brakes and would save you the trouble of having to manually adjust your brakes and give you completely new brakes all around. You would need brake mounting hardware for those, which is available with # BRKH10B.
I've linked some review videos of these parts for you to check out, as well. If you have a different brand of brakes on your coach that isn't mentioned above, just let me know and I can confirm those will still work or let you know if there is an alternative.
