hello, will item HE6033 work for the thule vertex bike rack?

I do have a threaded, locking hitch pin for your Thule Vertex bike rack, but the Heininger Threaded Hitch Pin, # HE6033, will not work with the Vertex bike rack because the threaded portion of the Heininger hitch pin is too large to fit in the hitch pin hole of the Vertex bike rack. I pulled the Heininger hitch pin from my warehouse to test it with the Vertex bike rack and verified that they were not compatible.
Instead, you will want the Thule Snug Tite Hitch Lock, # THSTL2. This hitch pin was designed for the Vertex bike rack and it also has a keyed lock to deter theft.
