For your 1999 Coachmen Viking 1906 pop up camper I recommend the Bulldog Round, A-Frame Jack - Topwind - 15" Lift - 2,000 lbs # BD155033 which will work perfectly on your camper.
For a wheel I recommend the Replacement 6" Caster Wheel for Bulldog Trailer Jack with 2" Tube Diameter # BD500245.
