I have a 2020 Buick Envision and need a hitch with electric. Do you all install?

For a hitch, I'd recommend the Curt Class III, part # C13405 that you'd looked at. This is a partially concealed hitch, the only portion of the hitch that will be visible is the receiver tube and the safety chain loops. The remainder of the hitch will be hidden behind the bumper/fascia as shown in the provided photo.

For a trailer wiring harness, I'd recommend going with # C59496. You'll also need a ball mount like # D-28, a hitch pin like # PC3 and a trailer ball like # 19260 for a 1-7/8 or # 63845 for a 2 inch ball.
