Question:
Sorry, my typing did not come out correct on my first question to you. I typed 188. The correct length is 18 feet 8 inches. Thus the question if the cover you recommend CA20085 will cover the 18 feet 8 inch bow plus the 6 inch extra for trolling motor for a total length of 19 feet 2 inches. Thanks

Either the Classic Accessories Boat Cover by StormPro - 16' to 18.5' (beam width 98") # 052963889383 or the Classic Accessories DryGuard Waterproof Boat Cover - 16' to 18-1/2' - Up to 98" Beam # CA20085 will work for your 2015 Crestliner Raptor.
The differences between the covers is the Storm Pro # 052963889383 comes with the support pole to keep water from pooling and yet doesn't have taped seams, so water can find its way in at the needle holes. The Dry Guard # CA20085 does not come with a support pole but has reinforced layer at windshield and has taped seams so no water will get it. It relies on the outside edges being pulled tight to keep water from pooling.
Neither cover has the rear straps but the rearmost strap of each keeps the elastic cord from the bottom hem tight.

I read the answers you submitted. As a followup I just want to confirm that the DryGuard CA20085 listed as up to 18-1/2' will fit over my trolling motor and be long enough to cover the 6" extension of the trolling motor past the bow ?
