I have an option for you, but there is not a custom fit trailer hitch receiver confirmed to fit your 2018 Winnebago Trend Motorhome.
I recommend the Adjustable Width Trailer Hitch Receiver for RVs # 13703 which is designed to fit RVs that have a box frame, C-channel frame, or I-beam frame that is 22"-72" wide. This hitch has a maximum tongue weight rating of 350lbs and a maximum trailer weight rating of 3500lbs.
For any non-trailer loads you will need to use the Curt Stabilizing Strap # 18050.
I included videos for both of the products mentioned for you to take a look at.
