I have a 2007 Dodge Ram 1500 and pull a 22’ terry trailer pull behind that has a t0ngue weight of about 600lbs the trailer is rated at GWV 6500lb what weight distribution system and weight of bars should i be using the existing bars are 1000lb and the ride is extremely rough.

If you are having a rough ride but the suspension setup on the tow vehicle acceptable when not under, then yes I suspect you have a WDS that is not best matched your situation. Please review the help articles I have linked.
I suggest you try the Fastway e2 Weight # FA92-00-0800. This is for 500-800 lb. tongue weight and one the better rated WDS from customers. You will need a 2" Hitch Ball for this, I suggest # EQ91-00-6080. This is a 2" ball with a 1-1/4" diameter shank that 2-1/4" in length. If you need a 2-5/16" Hitch Ball I suggest # EQ91-00-6120; this too has a 1-1/4" diameter shank that 2-1/4" in length.
