We do have an option for a gooseneck trailer hitch for your 2020 Toyota Tundra with a 5-1/2 foot bed, but I checked with Curt and the # C60751 is not a fit for your truck. So I checked with B&W, who confirmed their gooseneck hitch will fit and install in your Tundra:

So while it isn't the hitch you asked about, the Turnoverball is considered by most people to be the premier gooseneck in the industry.
