Question:
I have a 2005 chevy silv 5.3L 1500 2-wheel drive crew cab truck with a 3 lift. I would like to get quote on rear air bags for it. I am towing a travel trailer GVWR 10,000lbs when full. I am interested in the manual fill with a signal port to fill both sides at the same time, unless there is a reason this is not suggested.

We do have a helper spring kit confirmed to fit your 2005 Chevrolet Silverado 1500 2WD, but it will only work if your 3" lift is just blocks.
I recommend the Firestone Sport-Rite Air Helper Springs - Tapered Sleeve - Rear Axle # F2320 which will attach to the frame of your truck, and then to the leaf spring pack. Before purchasing you will want to make sure that from the outside of the frame rail to the inside of the tire is at least 6". This system offers a 3000lb load leveling capacity.
The # F2320 includes the required inflation valves to manually air each bag up separately, but since you are wanting both bags to fill up evenly with one valve you will need the Firestone Union Tee # F3025-1. The only time that it would be better to have each bag separate is if you are hauling loads that are un-even since you would be able to add extra air to the bag on the side with the extra weight to level the truck.
I included videos for both of the products mentioned for you to take a look at.
