Weld On Bracket for Installing Fulton F2 Trailer Jack

Question:
Hello, I bought an F2 dual wheel jack with a 5 5/8 x 4 5/8 swivel plate with 3 1/2 x 4 1/2 between the bolt holes. I need a welded mounting bracket because the mounting plate on the jack is not wide enough tp fit on my boat Magic Tilt trailer. Do you have other mounting suggestions? Thank you.
