Question:
What is the pad lock hole size in the steel shank? Does anyone make this lock concept out of steel? Someone could cut this aluminum one off on about 30 seconds with a battery circular cutting tool.

Expert Reply:
Aluminum is a softer metal so if you were worried about it getting cut through quickly, and I don't fully blame you, I'd go instead with the FastWay lock part # FA86-0015-317 which is steel and a similar design. This also fits nearly all coupler styles too which makes it very versatile.
