I would be happy to recommend everything you will need to convert your Dexter 10000lb axles to electric over hydraulic drum brakes.
Starting with the brakes you will need the Dexter Hydraulic Drum Brake Kit - Duo Servo - 12-1/4" - Left and Right Hand Assemblies - 9K/10K # 23-410-411. If your current mounting hardware is in bad shape you can use # BRKH122510 for new hardware.
For brake lines I recommend the HydraStar Hydraulic Brake Line Kit - Tandem Axle - 25' Long, 3/16" Main Line # HS496-252 which will connect the brakes to the actuator.
For an electric over hydraulic actuator I recommend the HydraStar Electric Over Hydraulic Actuator for Drum Brakes # HBA-10. Keep in mind you will need to make sure your trailer brake controller will need to be compatible with electric over hydraulic brakes.
If your trailer brake controller is not compatible with electric over hydraulic brakes I recommend the Tekonsha Prodigy P3 # 90195 which is compatible with electric over hydraulic brakes and is our most popular trailer brake controller due to its reliability.
To complete your electric over hydraulic setup you will need a break away kit of which I recommend the Hopkins Engager Push-To-Test Trailer Breakaway Kit with Built-In Battery Charger # 20400.
I included videos for each of the products mentioned for you to take a look at.
