Question:
I have the Fastway E2 weight distrbution hitch installed on my 2020 Forrest River Heritage Glenn 273 RL. The brackets that install on the A frame bend out and forward when I am driving. this causes loud banging sounds when I turn and makes it very difficult to unhitch. I have to hammer the brackets back into place. Is this the correct hitch for my application? According to FR the tongue weight is 1055 lbs with and a UVW of 7893. Thanks,

The correct Fastway e2 Weight Distribution System for a Forest River Heritage Glen 273RL is part # FA92-00-1200 which is rated for up to 1,200 lbs. If this is not the system you have the heavier spring bars can be purchased using the Replacement Trunnion Spring Bar part # FA92-02-1299. The brackets can also be replaced using the Replacement Sway-Control Bracket part # EQ95-01-5600.
