Wanting to tow my 2018 Honda Pilot Touring model on a tow dolly behind my motorhome. What do i need to be able to plug into to make the Pilot’s running, brake and turn signals work, in addition to the lights on the tow dolly.

You'd need the tow bar diode wiring kit part # RM-152-1676-7 installed on your 2018 Honda Pilot Touring and then an additional 7-way socket wired into your motorhome wiring like with the # PK11998 and the socket # PK11893 and you'd be set.
You'd need to use the harness to tap into the correct circuits of your 7-way wiring to do this.
