I currently have the curt q25 for the ford puck system. I now have a 2020 gmc with factory puck system. Can I just buy the legs to the hitch to match my current head?

Yes. You can swap the legs on your Curt Q25 5th Wheel Hitch Head # C16565 with the Curt OEM 5th Wheel Hitch Legs for Chevy/GMC Towing Prep Package - 25,000 lbs # CU53FR. These legs will allow you to utilize the OEM prep package on your 2020 GMC Sierra 2500.
