Question:
I am considering one of these stairs for my Northstar Arrow U camper. My camper has a Torklift B7000-B7320 Northstar Bumper with a swing arm step. The step is secured by pins in two brackets affixed on the underside of the bumper at the outside edge. Those brackets will accept any arm spacing between 20-3/4inch min. to 23-1/4inch max. I saw an image in your reviews of a set of 7803 stairs affixed to a Northstar Arrow u. It appears that they are attached to the brackets to which I am referring. Would I be able to do this?

Since the TorkLift GlowStep Camper Scissor Steps # TLA7803 and TorkLift GlowStep Camper Scissor Steps w/ Landing Gear # TLA7803-8000 you were looking at are designed to be mounted with 6 lag bolts to hold the steps to your bumper, I recommend completing the installation in that fashion.
As you mentioned, you very well may be able to install the steps to the two brackets under your bumper as shown in the picture you included, but I cannot confirm that you will not need to modify the steps, which could void the warranty of the steps and effect the reliability.
Between the two steps you were looking at, I recommend the # TLA7803-8000 due to the landing gear that will keep your steps from sinking in mud or soft ground like sand, and since they will be able to level the steps even on un-even terrain.
