Power Converter Replacement for Parallax/Magnetek 6332

Question:

Power Converter Message I have a 1995 Weekender with a BandW Magnetek Power Plus power center #6332-cnib 32A. Should I replace the converter section only or replace the whole power center? Being older it is metal cased assembly and the new ones are plastic. I see the standard amps are 35 amp, should I go for a 45 amp? I dry camp a lot so I use a generator but it seems my converter does not reach a true 100

For a new converter section for what you have the Replacement Converter for Parallax/Magnetek or WFCO RV Power Centers part # PD4635V will be a direct upgrade replacement for the Magnetek Converter Series 6300 Model 6332 that you have now. If were happy with your current setup this would be simplest solution.

If you wanted a 45 amp replacement panel you could use the part # PD4045KA.
