The highest rated fifth wheel hitch available for a 2018 Ram 3500 through Curt is 24,000 lbs using the Curt A25 5th Wheel Trailer Hitch for Ram Towing Prep Package part # C16046. The highest rated that we offer is 27,000 lbs using Reese M5 5th Wheel Trailer Hitch for Ram Towing Prep Package part # RP37FR.
The Mopar M30 5th Wheel Hitch uses a Curt head and Mopar base. We do offer the head (part # C16590) but not the base as this is only obtained through the dealer.
