A complete flat towing setup consists of base plates, a compatible tow bar, safety cables, tow bar wiring, supplemental braking and potentially a high/low adapter. I recommend starting with the Roadmaster MX Base Plate Kit # 3101-1 and the etrailer SD Non-Binding Tow Bar for Roadmaster Direct-Connect Base Plate - 2" RV Mount # e74ZR. This tow bar comes with safety cables integrated and the non-binding design helps make hookup and release easier when you're on un-even ground. The Roadmaster base plates can be easily removed when not in use and both of these are easy to use, so getting on the road won't take a lot of time out of your day.
For wiring, if your RV has a 7 way trailer connector I recommend using the Roadmaster Diode 7-wire to 4-wire Flexo-coil Kit # RM-15247; if your RV just has a 4 way the I recommend using the Roadmaster Universal Hy-Power Diode Wiring Kit # RM-154. Both of these kits come with diode kits to help prevent backfeed that can damage the vehicles, so they're the best way to go.
For supplemental braking I recommend using the Blue Ox Patriot # BLU37TR, which is a portable system that provides proportional braking for your tow vehicle. This is a great solution that can be installed in any vehicle that you might be towing, so it's extremely useful to go this route if you might be getting a new toad at some point in the near future.
You may also need a high/low adapter like the # BLU34TR; I've linked a helpful article that outlines how to precisely measure to determine your needs on this, as well as linked our entire selection of adapters for you to find exactly what rise/drop you might need. I've also linked some review videos of these parts for you to check out.
