You can get the Fulton F2 Adjustable A-Frame Trailer Jack # F1413250334 but take some measurements to see if it will fit in your A-Frame coupler. I've included a diagram for you! The plate that mounts to your A-Frame coupler is 5 inches in diameter and the coupler opening needs to be more than 2-3/4 inches in diameter. Yes, the wheel attachment # F500266 is an accessory.
This jack can support 2,000 lbs without the wheel and 1,600 lbs with the wheel. Since the wheel is held in by a pin unlike most bolt on trailer jacks with wheels, it tends to be a bit wobbly but will get the job done.
