Trailer Frame Fit and Retracted Heights For Fulton F2 and Fulton XLT Trailer Jacks

Updated 12/02/2015 | Published 12/01/2015

Question:

Hi. I have a SureTrac utility trailer. The frame on either side of the A where I could mount this is 3x1.5 inch U channel. It is noted that this will fit 3x3inch tongues. Will it work with 3x1.5 inch as it comes? Same question for F1413040134. Also, what is the retracted height for both this and F1413040134 and where is it measured to? I am looking for bottom of the wheel to the bottom of the bracket dimension.

I spoke with my contact at Fulton and he confirmed that both the Fulton XLT # F141133 and the F2 Swing-Up # F1413040134 will fit your trailer frame that measures 3 inches x 1-1/2 inches.

Typically bracket height is measured from the bottom of the wheel to the center of the bracket. I was able to determine the height from the bottom of the wheel to the bottom of the bracket using the bracket dimensions.

For the XLT # F141133, to the center of the bracket measures 15 inches when retracted. To the bottom of the bracket is approximately 12 inches.

The bracket on the F2 # F1413040134 is adjustable up to 8 inches along a track. When the bracket is at the lowest setting, it measures 12-1/4 inches from the center of the bracket to the bottom of the wheel when retracted. From the bottom of the bracket to the wheel measures approximately 9-3/4 inches.

I have attached photos showing these measurements on each jack for you.
