Question:
Hi - Someone is giving us a Swagman XP Fold Down 3-bike Hitch Mounted 1-1/4-inch and 2-inch Receiver Bike carrier which says it accommodates both the 1 1/4 and 2inch mounts. Will this carrier work with the Swagman X Mount Bike Carrier Storage Rack - Wall Mount - 2inch Racks Code: S80940?

It sounds like you are describing the Swagman XP.
The Swagman X Mount Storage rack you mentioned is designed to accept a bike rack or other hitch accessory with a 2 inch shank. It will indeed accommodate your XP folding 3-bike rack, as long as long as you received the adapter that converts the shank for use in a 2 inch receiver (see photo).
