Question:
I have a 2013 Hyundai Santa Fe Sport AWD 2.4. I have watched the install video. The install does not mention the spare. When I look under mine, I do not see enough room for both unless the tire mounts under the crossmember.

The spare tire will need to be lowered temporarily to install the Curt trailer hitch # C13153 but it will fit with the hitch installed provided that the spare is the factory size. You may have to angle the tire in/out to get it to fit or lower properly after the hitch is installed. I have linked the video in question as well as the instructions.
To complete your towing set up I recommend etrailer ball mount kit # 989900. It comes with 2 balls, to ball mounts, a hitch pin with clip, and a carrying bag. For trailer wiring use # 118571. I have linked a video and the instructions for the wiring also.
