Question:
Do I need the anti tilt device on the UF 48 979033 which will be attached behind a Winnebago 33foot Vista motorhome? The twisting and bending worries me but in answering my previous question you recommended this carrier. Can I add this device for extra strength and if so whats the price? Thanks

Expert Reply:
Although the Ultra-Fab Motorcycle Carrier you referenced is approved for use in the receiver of a motor home, using an anti-tilt device like part # e99007 would be recommended. The Ultra-Fab carrier features additional bracing that will allow it to withstand the extra bouncing experienced at the rear of a motor home.
The device will force the shank of the carrier tight against the receiver tube, preventing any rattle or movement. You can see the device and its current pricing by clicking the provided link.
