In order to add EZ Lube hubs to your trailer you must already have EZ Lube spindles. If your axles do not have EZ Lube spindles these will first have to be welded on by a qualified service technician (welding spindles is not a task that we recommend for the do-it-yourselfer as alignment of the spindle on the axle is critically important).
In some cases it may be more cost-effective to replace the entire axle assembly with one that uses EZ-Lube spindles. Another alternative is to add Bearing Buddies of the proper hub bore along with new double-lip grease seals. Either of these alternatives may be less costly than having new spindles welded to your existing axle.
If you do have EZ Lube spindles we will need to know several details before we can make a recommendation for replacement hubs. First we need to know the bolt pattern on your current hubs; I have included an article explaining how to determine this. Next we will need the bearing numbers from both the inner and outer bearings. These references will tell us what EZ Lube hubs will fit your 3000 lb. axle.
