The Draw-Tite hitch # 24878 is a confirmed fit for your 2013 Chevrolet Sonic Hatchback. I have included a link to the installation instructions for you.
If you plan on doing some towing the correct ball mount is # 3590 and the correct pin and clip is # PC2. For a 1-7/8 inch ball use # 19256 and for a 2 inch use # 19258. For trailer wiring use # 118640. I have linked instructions for the wiring as well.
