Will this fit a surge brake actuator coupler like the UFP A-60 as typically used on bass boat trailers?

From what I was able to find in the research I did, the recommended lock for a UFP A-60 coupler is a simple pin design, # e98888. This should prevent the handle from operating while the lock is in place (basically used in place of the pin. The difference is that this pin includes a lock).
In my research I found that locks like # BLTL-33 are not considered a fit.
