Will the Door Close with the G3 Ratcheting Tie-Down out of the Housing

When the ratchet is deployed and in use, will the hatch door on the housing lay back down in a closed position?

Yes, the door will lay back down in the closed position when the ratchet is out of the housing. The handle must be all the way forward for the door to close.

I pulled the tie-down from our warehouse and made a short video for you showing how the door closes with the ratchet out of the housing.
