Do you sell Grease Buddies that fit 1.83 inch opening for a utility trailer?

The closest Bearing Buddies that we have to the 1.83 measurement you have given are 1.81 protectors # BB1810. Depending on how you measured (using digital dial calipers is the most accurate) and because of subtle differences, these may actually be the correct ones.
To be sure, I would need to know the inner and outer bearings numbers stamped into the metal of the bearings. You want to make sure you get the correct fit because if they are too small then you will just end up losing them on the road.
