Hi, Will the mattress work with the rear captain chairs laid down? The Yukon has a 3rd row also. Thanks,

The AirBedz XUV Air Mattress with Built-In Rechargeable Battery Air Pump part # 341031 is universal in design. I don't have fit information for any one specific application but so long as the seats can lay flat to provide a level surface for the mattress then there should not be an issue. Therefore, so long as the rear captains chains lay flat you should be able to use the AirBedz XUV Air Mattress on a 2017 GMC Yukon.
