I’d like to replace a Bulldog 1750290317 with an electric powered jack. Do I have an option that would fit the existing bolt pattern, retracted height, etc?

The Stromberg Carlson Electric Trailer Jack part # JET-5000 is going to be exactly what you are looking for. Same lift capacity and more lift range so it's an improvement.
I really like this jack and find it to be very good and long lasting. I have included a video on it for you to check out.
