We have a harness that can work for your 1994 Toyota Pickup.
First, the Tow Ready 17499-204 didn't have much information about it online, so I couldn't determine if it is compatible with your vehicle. The information I did find did not allude to being compatible with your truck.
When it comes to wiring your vehicle, it's best to stick with something that is built for your vehicle. That's why I recommend the Curt T-Connector, part # C55379. This is a confirmed fit for the '94 Toyota Pickup (excluding the T100 model) and utilizes the existing connectors behind your tail lights, giving you the 4-way harness to power a trailer's lights.
I've linked to a video review of this harness for you to look at.
