Does the Swagman Current Bike Rack Come With Cable Lock as Well

For the swagman current bike rack for 2 electric bikes. The video shows a cable comes with the rack but in the parts list I see no cable listed. Does the cable come with the rack? Thank you.

Yes, the Swagman Current Bike Rack for 2 Electric Bikes part # S64678 does come with a rubber coated steel cable lock which can be used to further protect the bikes from theft. This is a secondary lock feature as there are already lock built-in locks on the uprights as well for the bikes.
