Question:
Is there an issue with clearance of a full size spare tire if I install a #13014 hitch on my Ford E-250 van? I noticed that both the 13014 and 13055 hicthes are listed as fitting my 2010 E-250 van, but there may be an issue with the spare if I went with the 13014?

The Curt trailer hitch # C13014 does not fit the 2010 Ford E-250. It is designed for F-series trucks. On trailer hitch # 13055, the regular full-size spare should not be an issue provided it is the factory spare and not a larger size. Take a look at the video I have linked that shows the spare tire in place with the hitch installed. I have also linked the instructions for you.
If you plan on doing some towing I recommend the etrailer ball mount kit # EBMK2216. It comes with a ball mount, 2 balls, a hitch pin with clip, and a carrying bag. For trailer wiring use # 118551. I have linked instructions and a video for it as well.
I have also included a link to the trailer hitches that will fit a 2010 Ford E-250.
