Four of the LED Back Up Lights, # BUL10CB would only pull about 1 amp, which is less than two incandescent lamps would pull and should not cause a problem.
Typically, a pontoon trailer would use a 7-way trailer connector. Check the center pin on the 7-way connector on the tow vehicle with a circuit tester to see if it shows voltage when the transmission is shifted into reverse. If so, simply wire the reverse lamps to the center pin on the connector on the trailer. Then, when the vehicle transmission is placed in reverse, the reverse lamps would illuminate. If the center pin does not go hot, it will need to be wired into the reverse lights of the vehicle. You would not need a relay.
The reverse light circuit on the tow vehicle is easily found using a circuit tester. I have linked you to a Wiring FAQ and an install video that you might find helpful. If you fast forward the video to about the 1:20 mark, you can see how to go about locating the reverse light circuit on the tow vehicle.
